According to FCDrew's post:

Garmin sucks on the Curtis.
Put it in sleep mode then bring it back out of sleep mode.
It loses the gps altogether, you have to go into the options and disable, re-enable it or exit and restart the software.
Sorry to say but it is not worth running on the Curtis unit.

And there's no TTS.
